Harvard Referencer
Long time no update:
I have been working on this application for some time, it's still not finished, but I wanted to release it as it is.
While at university I have had to write essays and including references to material that you have used is essential yet complicated. I heard people complaining about the difficulty of the Harvard Referencing system and decided to write an application that does all the formatting for you, all the user has to do is input the data.
Quick tutorial:
1) The user enters the data from the book/journal etc into the appropriate textboxes
2) Click "Make"
3) Copy the references into another document - either right click > "Copy" or Edit > "Copy all"
Or you can go File > Export to word document.
Alternatively you can print directly from the program, the options for the can be found under "File > Print Reference list"

Nice App, the Word 2007 developers should give you a job!
To use two or more authors you need to leave a semi-colon between their names, e.j. Bob Holmes: Cary Grant. Might be worth mentioning, as finding it out by trial and error at three in the morning ain't as fun as it sounds
And full stops seem to upset it after initials seems to upset it.
Thanks for the positive comment lex. If you go to Help -> "Turn help on" when you mouse over certain textboxes you are given some tooltips. The one for the author field (on the books tab) tells you that you need to use a colon to separate names.
Also, I know about the bug with fullstops following names. With your example to insert the names "Bob Holmes and Cary Grant" you only need to put "Bob Holmes : Cary Grant" no fullstops. Hope this helps.
